The Christmas season is upon us! We love this time because we can talk about the 'reason for the season'. This week we are using Advent as the topic of assemblies, speaking about hope, peace, joy and love. We would appreciate your prayers that children would really see what CHRISTmas is all about. I (Hannah) am helping with a Christmas Journey Day on Thursday and am hoping to bless the school, pupils and staff, by being there.
Conversations in Faith Group and Christian Union are becoming deeper. One young person in particular bringing big questions which prompt others to do the same. Please pray that our conversations will continue and God would use us in these.
The Community Outreach Group are putting on a Christmas activities which we are hoping to help out with. "Get in the picture!" and other activities, will take place on Bailey Head Market on Saturday 3rd Dec - 11.30am - 2pm and Saturday 10th Dec - 10.30am - 1pm. Pray for good responses as we promote the events while we are in schools, and for great conversations on the day.
